Object of auction:
- n. 1 159.285 kWp photovoltaic plant located on the roof of an industrial building in the municipality of Zibido San Giacomo (MI), Via Papa Giovanni XXIII n. 12 originally composed of n. 777 modules, laid on a solar slab for a total surface of the modules of 941 square metres. Nowadays, the plant has been remodeled and consists of 735 modules for a total power of 150.675 KWp. The plant started operating on 17.11.2009 and is the subject of an agreement for the recognition of incentive tariffs;
- surface right until 31 December 2029, limited to the right to maintain the photovoltaic plant on the solar pavilion of the industrial building located in the municipality of Zibido San Giacomo (MI) - Via Papa Giovanni XIII n. 12, registered at the Land Registry of the Municipality of Zibido San Giacomo, Sheet 18, Parcel 125, sub.705, Category F/5, sq.m.1480;
- GSE agreement NT I08F08075707 dated 28 April 2010, II Feed-in Tariff expiring on 16 November 2029 concerning the recognition of incentive tariffs for the production of electricity from photovoltaic systems, pursuant to the Ministerial Decree of 28 July 2005 and the Ministerial Decree of 6 February 2006.
